- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (within the contiguous United States)
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (within the contiguous United States)
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (within the contiguous United States)
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days (varies by country)
Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues.
2. Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping: For orders within the contiguous United States, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.
- Expedited/Express Shipping: Shipping charges for expedited and express options will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and destination.
- International Shipping Fees: For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country and size of the order.
Note: Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the tracking number provided.
4. Shipping Restrictions
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please ensure that your shipping address is a valid street address.
International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Restricted Items: Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to international laws or regulations. If this applies to any of your items, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
